Search With Preset Values

This is the standard search widget that also has some pre-set values. This method allow you to create a curated search to support your marketing. Preset filters can include any MLS fields such as: State, County, Views, Type of Property and so on.

In the Wizard, start with "A search form" and then specify criteria.
The filter options applied are:

  • Property Type: Detached Residential 

  • Bathrooms(min): 2 

  • Bedrooms(min): 2 

  • Price(min): 200,000 

  • Financing: Short Sale 

  • City: Arvada 

  • Status: For Sale, Coming Soon
